Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was pretty good for a lighter version of chicken marsala, but I did make a few adjustments. I added 2 cloves of garlic. I also added a tsp of balsamic at the end (like the David Lebovitz chicken marsala recipe).

    Anything made with Marsala wine tastes good to me, and I also love mushrooms, but the overall flavor was a little boring to make this a rave. Still good for a healthy weeknight meal, and would be a good choice if you have diners that are sensitive to stong flavors. (I would make it again with that in mind.)
