    This cake is perfection! So incredibly moist and delicious, it was quickly devoured and has become a new family favorite. I used a round cake pan, so it was done at about 45 minutes -- definitely on the upper end of the recommended time frame. This same blog also has a blueberry lemon version I can't wait to try!
