Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Decent if you're in a hurry and have the ingredients on hand, but probably not a recipe I would return to, as it was milder than I prefer. However, my 12 yr old, who wanted to make it, really liked it. It was better after sitting overnight. Some chipotle powder or minced chipotle in adobo would probably be a good addition.

    Pretty good for a weeknight chili. It's mild, as is, so use some ground chili peppers or hot sauce if you enjoy some bite. I used very lean ground beef the second time I made it and felt the lack of fat in lost flavor. Otherwise, I'll make this a go-to weeknight favorite.
