    Just because it's in the "quick" cookbook doesn't mean it won't be good. We did a combo of fresh herbs in the marinade: parsley, oregano, and thyme, and I added a little bit of red pepper flakes. The flavor was surprisingly good. The kebabs did not burn, and I liked the bit of char on the vegetables and chicken. The herb marinade turned into salad dressing was good, and the grilled bread was also nice. Would make again.
