Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very tasty egg dish you can make ahead! I've make these many times and they're always good. The Ritz crackers really work in the dish, giving some structure to the muffins but not really noticeable once baked. They're fine at room temp--I've made them for potlucks at work--and also good reheated during the week for a quick breakfast.
