    I doubled the quantities for this recipe. Made it because my 14 yr old loves milk puddings and he used to adore tinned rice pud in UK called "ambrosia creamed rice". I cooked it for about 55 mins rather than the 40. My son prefers his warm with some raspberry Jam- verdict 10/10. Result!!
