Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I made this basically as written but for more variety/colour (and veg!), I also added sweet red & orange peppers + some diced hot guys with the onion. Before adding the cheese, I stirred in the end of a jar of salsa. We scooped this mix up with tortilla chips and with a side of salad, it was a simple, tasty, fun little meal for 2.
