    p. 143 - Jul 2010 - Made rec as directed w exception of pepper Jack chs which I omitted and replaced w a handfull of grated cheddar. Overall good recipe, not oily like other similar dips due to higher proportion of parm chs. Good flavour though I find it hard to believe folks "can never quite figure out what's in this" as Paula claims. We found spinach and artichoke flavours to be quite prominent. Served w corn tortilla chips and grilled baguette slices.
