    Tried with mediocre ingredients on a whim. Older frozen spinach (microwaved), supermarket broccoli (steamed), leftover section of onion. Tasted like both veg had been frozen but was still nice change. Worth trying with fresh spinach and nice sweet broccoli. Use plenty of onion & ginger.

    Really like the flavor of this dish. Easy to pull together - especially if get the components prepared ahead of time. I cut back on the salt by half and husband still found it a bit salty.
