Twice-baked Gruyère potatoes with lots of green onions from Roots: The Definitive Compendium with More Than 225 Recipes (page 243) by Diane Morgan

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Made the Twice Baked Gruyere Potatoes with Lots of Green Onions from Roots as part of our Valentines supper. They were very good. I only added almonds to mine since hubby can't eat nuts and son didn't want them in his. I liked the little crunch they gave the potatoes. I did use the suggested Gruyere instead of the other suggestion of Swiss, since I was able to find Gruyere at a reasonable price at our local Aldi.
