Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I had some lovely fresh leaves on top of a big bunch of radishes and I didn't want to waste them. This salsa verde was a great use of them. The sauce and the roasted radishes were slightly bitter but I like bitter so it wasn't an issue. I served it with salmon rather than trout - I I think it would work well with any fatty fish.
