    I don't have a mortar and pestle big enough for this so I made the dressing in the food processor and squashed the tomatoes and green beans with a spoon. Unless you have the skinniest summer green beans, you might want to blanch the beans because they are a little tough. Overall it was good and very light as there is no oil in the dressing.
