Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I added a handful of pecans and a handful of dried cranberries because my husband prefers a nutty carrot cake, and I baked it in a loaf tin. It's fine - surprisingly unsweet and tastes a bit worthy, even with the frosting.
