    Makes a large 27cm moist but also very light cake. Only took 1 hour to bake rather than 1.5 hours at 170 deg C (the middle of their moderately slow range)

    An oldie but a goodie. I like to add a lemon cream cheese frosting to make this cake even more luscious.
