    Really delicious for a simple recipe - hubby loved. I used 7 potatoes and a full bunch of broccoli rabe. Simmered some achiote paste in oil first.

    This was very simple and very tasty. Needed a splash more vinegar. Served with ají panca-marinated grilled chicken.
