    Great recipe. The beef at the end is a bit fatty so it would be good with white rice (I had leftover congri with it) and a salad or tomatoes. Very good though and I liked the recipe with a very little bit of heat to it

    I tried several picadillo recipes, this was exactly the flavor profile I was looking for. I think this would be great in empanadas.
