Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very flavorful with the feta and lemon, but I think the shrimp were way overcooked. You are supposed to sauté the shrimp for two minutes, add the garlic, cook for 30 seconds and then add the spinach and cook for another minute. By that time, the shrimp were fully cooked, but you still had to put the whole thing in a 425 degree for 20 minutes to crisp and brown the panko topping.
