    Great company brunch dish as it is made ahead and refrigerated overnight (or longer). Made exactly as written and it is a hit.

    This was a huge hit at the office brunch. After the initial soaking it carried very well to the office where I added the last of the cream, eggs and cheeses. Everyone said to hang on to this for future encores.
