    p. 34 - Incredible. A beautiful spring dish. I used fresh peas from the market and all other ingredients as set out. This dish comes together in no time and the results are far greater than the sum of its parts. Totally do-able for a weeknight but great with wine so best for a Friday! Would be good with asparagus too. I stirred in some fresh basil at the end for an extra boost of flavour. Exceptional! Photos here: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/906511#8156232
