    A great salad. I love it when a cookbook says this has been a favorite in the restaurant, or at home. Often they are terrific recipes. This has the unusual combination of cabbage and parmeson, and maybe the novelty will wear off. but for a first go, we had it with grilled fish and chips and it was delicious.
