    I’m not exactly sure why I had to slow cook 4x chook thighs for 3-4 hours with only onion & garlic. Once that’s done, you add a ludicrous amount of sauce, then wrap in a tortilla with coleslaw. As written, the amount of sauce equals half the weight of the chook. Crazy. A daft recipe that tastes only of the store-bought hoisin.
