    Love this for thanksgiving dinner. Great make ahead dish as the salad is better the next day. I use Parmesan.

    I love this salad. Easy side dish. The crisp flavor is great with rich dishes.

    I love this recipe and have made it over and over. I add the lemon's zest and I skip the pecorino cheese as it is healthier and not necessary. The almonds are key and delicious with the kale and Brussels sprouts. It's even better after it sits for a while as the dressing softens the kale. It will last for a few days longer than a salad composed of regular salad greens as the kale and Brussels sprouts are sturdier.
