Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is indeed one of the better rib glaze recipes I have ever made. Even if you don't have access to the quantities - ie the book nor an Epicurious subscription - you have the ingredients (and your intuition) and access to the reviews by clicking on the link. Which are worth reading - before cooking the ribs.
