    Really well received recipe. Everyone had seconds. I didn’t have Parmesan so used pecorino Romano. I added sage in the first stages and finished the dish with crispy fried sage leaves. Delicious! Double cream not necessary and not used. By the way, chicken stock IS meat stock. I added a glass white wine.
