Can substitute peppermint candies for candy canes.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Fabulous! Tastes like the expensive stuff from specialty stores. Tempering the chocolate takes some time, but is worth it. The layers did not seperate. The only change I made was to use a whole 6-ounce box of candy canes. The recipe only calls for using 3 candy canes and that is nowhere near enough to cover the top of the bark.
