    Solid chili! Addition of carrots and corn are great and spicing is not overwhelming but still has a nice kick Traditional tasting....does the trick!

    I've made this a few times - you can swap the ground beef for another ground meat, and add different veg if you like. I added some small winter squash cubes from the freezer. I like the colorful variety of vegetables used here.
