    I love, love, love these biscotti! Used the optional Dutch-process cocoa powder for a deeper chocolate flavor, and substituted toasted blanched hazelnuts for the walnuts. These taste amazingly like a chocolate lebkuchen, so they are perfect for the Christmas season.
