    p. 232 – Quick and delicious dish. The recipe suggests marinating “as long as you can” I only had 2 hours but this proved to be adequate and the meat was fragrant and flavourful. I believe that toasting the fennel seeds is key here. I combined them with my rosemary using my mortar and pestle. I added a little balsamic vinegar to the marinade as well and since we were grilling our kabobs I added the garlic to the marinade. This is a keeper and so simple.
