Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Enjoyed this but did change it a bit. Using crust proportions but usual method, came out tender & rich. Used 1 big onion & doubled baby potatoes. I should have lightly salted the potatoes. The tart was easy to cut & we enjoyed it. The photo differs from the recipe. Herbs & bacon would be nice additions.
