We had a friend for dinner and thought it would be a good idea to try some Asian cuisine, as I know she really likes it. The first two recipes are from Vietnam, and the rice is from Malaysia. All these recipes were easy to follow and quite easy and fast to make once you had prepared all the ingredients. The combination of flavours in each recipe was awesome, but if you like it very spicy, probably these are not your type of dishes. The salad was sensational and very refreshing.
