    Adapted this a little to use what I had and to suit our taste with delicious results. We don't like fresh fennel so omitted it. Didn't have feta so substituted parmigiana reggiano. Increased the lemon juice to 2 tablespoons for a bit more zing. Overall a very substantial dish.
