Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Delicious. Freezes well, too. Sprinkled lime zest over the top for color. I'd like to try using a regular crust for this -- but, really, quite delicious as written. (I did find that in using a 9" tart pan, I ended up with more than a cup of extra filling.)

    I love lemon tarts and this is a nice version.
