    I found this recipe at random on Dinner a Love Story. It is from 2012. I knew there was a package of short ribs in the freezer so this became our very non traditional Easter meal #covidcooking. I used gochujang sauce instead of Sriracha (which was a sub for jalapenos in the original recipe). I added some garlic, ginger, onion and celery, served with sautéed baby bok choy and rice. Forgot to take a picture. Just enough for the 3 of us.
