Hi rrwrites,
I am assuming these are the dried fruit, so would suggest treating them like raisins or other small dried fruit like dried strawberries or dried blueberries. Then you could include them in many kinds of baked goods.
When I have dried my own, I thought they didn't have much taste, but the variety you have is probably tastier. People often describe the taste of fresh goldenberries (also commonly known as cape gooseberries or physalis) as having elements of pineapple, so if the dried ones keep that flavor, maybe some kind of baked good incorporating dried or fresh pineapple?
If you search for recipes here on EYB, there are a few that come up on the search term "dried goldenberries," but they don't get far from the general concept of granola. If you use Google to search further afield, also be sure to use the other names for goldenberries: Inca berries, Pichuberries, cape gooseberries, physalis, and groundcherries.
Let us know how you decide to use them!
