I just finished a book with pairing suggestions for cheese with beer, wine, whiskey, coffee, fruit preserves, honey, olives, meats, chocolates, . . . which made me wonder if there are any resources for pairing pickles with anything.  It seems as if there ought to be, but I'm drawing a blank. Any suggestions?

What to Drink with What you Eat helps to pair drink options with food.

At the moment, I'm not home to check these for pickles, but I would be very surprised if they didn't have them.
