I made a note on one of my cookbooks, but on second thought I think it would be better as a review. How do I make the change?

Notes are comments/reviews by EYB members. Reviews are external reviews e.g. in newspapers/magazines or blogs. So your Note is in the correct place. This is explained here in Help.
