I swear I used to make a creamy salad dressing made with real Apple Cider...not just Apple Cider Vinegar. I can't find the recipe in the cookbooks I have. Unfotunately, I purged many several years ago. Web searches aren't yielding me any results either. 


Anyone else recognize this recipe?

There are a lot of recipes in the Library for dressings that contain apple cider. If you remember any other ingredients, add that to the search terms to reduce the number of results.
