It would be very nice if we can upload from our computer directly to here.  A little cumbersome to go to 3rd party site. 


 


I made Red glazed whole fish, page 108 from Salsas that Cook  by Rick Bayless using snapper filets.  Very easy and great for weeknight meals.  Can certainly sub any other fish of your choice.
