Is there an efficient way to add all past issues of a magazine, without doing so individually? (I'm thinking specifically of the Guardian Feast supplements here.)

I would love to be able to add all Guardian Feast recipes automatically as if it were a blog. Pretty please!

When I add individual issues of Guarduan Feast I get prompted if I want subsequent issues added automatically with a checkbox labeled Automatically add future editions to my Bookshelf. Does that not do what you want?

As ThePatheticBaker says, when you add one issue of a magazine to your Bookshelf, you can specify the date range for back issues - for The Guardian Supplement this would be from Aug 5, 2023 back to Jan 12, 2013. You also can request that every future issue is automatically added to your Bookshelf. This is the Help section that gives further details with screenshots of this feature.
