Just returned from a roadtrip and on our way back, we stopped at Harris Ranch. Looking at what they offered for meat, I found bistro cut which seemed to be the most inexpensive cut. The sound of bistro sounded good and bought some.
Did not realize it was hangar steak which is so hard to find near us because it is getting quite vogue now. Can't wait to try them.
