I will be making Free-Form Tuscan Style Lasagna from The Olives Table, along with the recommended Garlic-Roasted Radicchio as a side dish. Both of these have rosemary in them. I am planning to make a dessert as well and had my eye on Honey-Rosemary Polenta Cake with Clementines from America’s Test Kitchen. Will this be too much rosemary for one meal? I didn’t want something overly sweet because of the rich main dish.

sounds like a theme there... rosemary is a dominating flavour, but I'm sure you'll pull it all togther and it will be wonderful! Paired with a nice wine...

Herb Flavor: Rosemary
Whites: Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, sparkling
Reds: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Syrah/Shiraz, Zinfandel
Notes: Red wine
