Langres!!! I love it! I love Munster cheese as well...
A few ideas of recipes (which can be adapted to be used with any washed rind) :
- Tarte aux Maroilles (Nord recipe) : https://www.196flavors.com/france-flamiche-au-maroilles-tart/
- Tarte flambee au Munster (Alsace recipe) : https://www.greatbritishchefs.com/recipes/tarte-flambee-au-munster-recipe
- Baked Langres with just about anything to dip into it https://www.thecaterer.com/sector/chef/recipe-of-the-week-baked-langres-and-pancetta-wrapped-potatoes
I have more recipes but in French!! I have several cookbooks and magasine specialising into recipes using cheese (I know, I am obsessed).
I will try later on from home to make a list of the ones I like best and then can translate any ones you are interested in potentially.
Be careful mUnster cheese is a washed rind pungeant Alsace cheese. It is completely different to the Muenster cheese you have in the US, just a complete different product (accidentally bought it while I was in the US, and was so disappointed, I expected the other one!)
