Okay, I'm probably late to the party, but I just got a cookbook (Nonya Heritage Kitchen) with a tag "Best in the World - Gourmand World Cookbook Awards" Making the first cut for the 2021 awards is Lummi Island Cooking. Jubilee makes the list as does Beyond the North Wind. And my new want list favorite Textural Characteristics of World Food - okay this is for a science nerd. (Not currently in EYB but I've requested it be added.) Connecting the Pots is a Filipino cookbook that appears to be interesting. Several African cooking books are on the list.I hope other EYB members also find some new suggestions here.
Thank you Mjes, oh la la what a danger... lol
