Hi all, so I was searching for zucchini recipes this morning (Im sure I’m in good company with that right now) and saw this recipe listed:

Zucchini and corn with cream from The Splendid Table by Roberto Santibañez and Shelley Wiseman and JJ Goode

The book itself isn’t clickable and when putting it in as a search a number of Splendid Table books come up. None of which are authored by any of these authors (I love Roberto Santibanez and have all of his books). But maybe this single recipe is attributed to them in the book, but I am unsure which book?

I tried just adding the book from the add this book link and then went to my library and the only Splendid Table book that was in my library was The Splendid Table How to Eat Weekends which I already had, and it isn’t coming up as listed in that book. My copy is buried right now but a EYB search didn’t reveal that recipe. It’s a mystery!
Can anyone assist with working out which Splendid Table book this recipe might be in? I wanted to view the book as if it has additional Santibanez recipes I would want to add it to my collection.
Thanks!!

Hi!

It looks like this recipe is available on the Splendid Table website here: https://www.splendidtabl...hini-and-corn-with-cream

At the bottom of that page, it says it is from the book "Truly Mexican" by Roberto Santibañez with JJ Goode and Shelley Wiseman (John Wiley and Sons, Inc., 2011). So apparently the recipe isn't in any Splendid Table cookbooks, just on the website.

I hope that helps!

Oh thank you!! Silly me I didn’t realize it was an online recipe and I wasn’t familiar with that site either! More recipes to plunder! Thanks for your help!
