Do you know of books similar to:



which are less Euro-centric? Of the above list, I consider Mimi Sheraton's to be the best in the sense of giving you concrete ideas on HOW to eat it before you die - some of us don't travel much and are not litkely to be in Iquitos City, Peru in the foreseeable future which limits the usefulness of the other two.
