What's the best way to report bad links? I've been hitting a fair number of online recipes where indexed recipes are no longer available on a given website. Serious Eats has been a particular offender with this recently! For example, here's a recipe from The Kitch that I found this morning that seems to have disappeared: https://www.eatyourbooks...escarole-with-apples-and

Is the "Report an Error" link in the footer the best option?

That's the one I use... some of the sites seem to re-use their links creating issues, other times they just get taken down. Sometimes a general google search will bring up the same recipe at a different link.. guess there is only so much room in that cloud!

MollyB - you can use the Report an Error link at the bottom or the Contact link at the top. They both go to same place - me! Unfortunately sites do change the URLs of their recipes (without doing redirects, which would be so helpful) or they delete recipes completely. The latter situation is what has happened at Serious Eats which has changed owners a couple of times in the last few years and the latest owners seem to have decided to delete a lot of the recipes. The Kitchn changed the URLs on some recipes and we correct them whenever a member informs us of a broken link. I have now fixed the one you referenced.
