We just returned from a trip along the Oregon coast.  Stopped at Tillamook Cheese Factory but unfortunately they no longer sell cheese spread.  It was one of the better ones I've tasted and I've actually tried to duplicate the spread few years ago but it was not completely successful.


Has anyone tasted their spread and if you have can you recommend recipes for me to try?

The Tillamook cheese factory just published a cookbook this past May that has recipes for several cheese spreads.

I bought the book hoping to find the recipe while visiting Tillamook but unfortunately it's not in there.
