I have been cooking black beans in the slow cooker, got the recipe from the Cafe Johnsonia blog.  The beans turn out great - much better than canned.  Here's my question... there is a lot of liquid left in the crockpot.  Any ideas on what I can do with it?  Has anyone ever made bean stock?
