I am packing and cannot find my copy of Café Beaujolais


I am desperate for the recipe for the Carrot/apple cake on page 220


Tomorrow is the birthday of a friend and I said I would make the carrot cake for all.


Now, I am packing, I cannot find the book.


Can anyone just scan me the recipe from page 220?
