Fast fresh and green by Susie Middleton is on Amazon Canada for $2.99, USA for $2.22. I got this book on a previous promotion and I love it. Great for veggie gardeners or anyone wanting to eat more vegetables.

January's list of Kindle ecookbooks that Amazon has put on sale:

There is a definite theme having to do with dieting and various special diets, but a few books escape those categories, for example, Smoke and Spice and The New James Beard.

Enjoy!

Authentic Mexican is one of the great ones, and at less than a dollar should fly off the, uh, server...  Thanks so much for the alert, TrishaCP!

Wow!  Thanks for sharing this.  It's been one of my favorites in hardcover.  Now it is on my iPad too (fits better on the counter, easily carried to other people's kitchens).

Thanks so much TrishaCP. I got the book, even though I have several hardcover Bayless books. His recipes always work for me.

A new list of 23 kindle cookbook deals for March can be found here:

It includes the Bayless book, plus a few other goodies, such as Food52 volume 2.

Enjoy!

Thank you TrishaCP! I downloaded Broad Fork this morning and used the groceries stocked up for the NoVa blizzard that never was- I made Pan Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Sorghum and Roasted Apples (with some subs) and Vegetarian Collard Greens. And there's enough left for tomorrow. Those two recipes alone make it worth spending $2.99.
